For an overnight stay before catching the ferry back to the UK, this hotel is the ideal choice. It's conveniently located very near the Santander-Bilbao motorway, making it easily accessible for travelers. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, providing a peaceful atmosphere to relax in. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. In the morning, wake up to a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Take advantage of the spa facilities, including the thermal pool, to unwind and rejuvenate before your journey.
The bathroom could use some minor improvements, like replacing the tatty bath panel.

The hotel and the facilities are excellent. Good food however pricey. Reception staff were very nice.
If you are planning on stopping at this hotel and are not Spanish, would advise you to learn some basic Spanish as the restaurant staff are mainly Spanish speaking and one of them was particularly rude when we could not speak Spanish. However reception were very good, friendly and helpful.

A kind of very good service. Location really close to Cabarceno park, Santander as well as local beaches and all spain.

The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway access, making travel very easy. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the lovely spa and beautiful rooms. The breakfast was to die for, and the attentive waiters made our evening meal very enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were all very friendly.
